How to get active document user list in governance dashboard?

Hi all,

I'm new to using the governance dashboard, and I'm trying to create a table that I want.

Now I want to get the user list that still alive in my document cals, is there any flag about that ?

For example, in my QMC, a dashboard :

You can see that now I have 8 users in my document CALs, actually last year, we had 13 users in this list, but now only 8, and I only want to get this 8 users in governance dashboard, any flag or method to do that?

AFAIK there is no flag for that.

The Governance Dashboard tries to assemble a management dashboard based on "publicly" available information e.g. log files. CAL assignments are not "publicly" available and can only be made readable using a QlikView Server configuration patch.

You could add them yourself if you want. Or you can monitor license assignments using one of the freely available documents like David Foster's License_Analyser_K3FDS.qvw
