Problem in access dashboard

Hi,

I have a problem to access dashboard from access point. when i want access to dashboard login page appear and i have to enter windows authentication information.

how can i access to dashboard without login page?

You can put NTName in section access and remove the password column.

Please check the type of "Directory service connectors" you are using in QMC.

Configure the Active Directory LDAP, and then i hope it should work properly.

HI ,

By default we should pass the credentials for authentication purpose,

you may need to implement SSO (Single Sign on) option if you want to open it directly with out authentication process .

select Go to QMC

>System > Authentication > Login address > Default Authentication

Using NTNAME within the section access script allows user to access dashboards with 'single sign on' by pulling user's windows log in credentials without entering a username and password again
