Finding average based on cumulative value

Hello All,

I am trying to find out the average based on Cumulative value. I am having month-on-month Sales against the target and I am accumulating Sales & Target to find out the average at of all cumulative achievement.

Achievement column is arrived by dividing Sales Cumulative with Target Cumulative for each month and at the end I am taking an average of Achievement(available in the bottom of the table.

Attached is the excel data and same table in the body of a post. Kindly help me to achieve this.

I want to achieve average. however to achieve average rest 2 column also need to be achieved. I am just having first 2 column and rest 3 needs to be calculated to achieve my final output,
