Hi All,

Greetings. Hope you all are doing good.

I have a requirement like user will select Two Dates and Chart will show comparative data.

I can do this using alternate state. But the problem is User wants chart data will change according to other selection.

However as per my knowledge if we implement Alternate State, then it freezes other selection.

Please suggest me on this.

Hi,

for this you need alternate state, even if the user want to make selection on other fields.

what you need is:

create as much filters as you want on the left and as much filter as you want on the right.

and assign the first state on all the left filters, and assign the second state on all the right filters.

Is it clear?

okk..so lets say we have other filter Country, Year and Category.

So we need to two List Box for each?

HI Monhammed,

You can achieve this by using set analysis.

Modify your expression as per the requirement. You can create two different date filed (in your case) and create a chart based on it.

Yes. For comparative analysis with alternate state. You will 2 of each filter
