Hi All,

Need help to understand integration between Qlik and JIRA.

Kindly suggest possible ways for making this connection.

I have tried with REST API but it is fetching the data in JSON format which i am finding very hard to convert back.

Also have read about Beta version of Qlik JIRA Connector. Kindly suggest if this is a good option.

Is there also a possibility by using Qlik General Web Connector under Qlik Web Connector package ?

Any benefits of using Qlik General Web connector or JIRA Connector over REST APIs ?

Also , Do they require license or will i be able to use them for free ?

We are using ODBC connection string to load data from JIRA.

Hi Tamil,

Unfortunately, Account's JIRA Team is denying ODBC Connection here to avoid heavy usage.

They already have multiple users connected using ODBC connection and are now denying adding any new connection.

Hence, we are trying the hard way.
