      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;it is possible. use borders from layout tab with border width as 1 and after that just un check use borders option from layout tab.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it will give you border only below district.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
