Sample app is attached. </P><P>Need is to show employees curr grade vs what was previous grade. e.g. employee 1422 was promoted and demoted may times in past 2 years. Or how many who where in grade 8 now in grade 10, in June 2017 what was curr grade of this person and what was prev grade.
