      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I'm getting below error when try to open the application in Qlik sense hub from outside the server. Im able to open the hub but when i try to open the app, it will be loaded in next tab and this message get fired. Im accessing the hub like &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A class="jive-link-external-small" href="https://test.test.com/hub" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"&gt;https://test.test.com/hub&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; so I have added the address test.test.com, DNS and server ip in virtual host white list. Also tried disabling firewalls.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just determined our case had to due with license allocation. Allocating the user a license token resolved the issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
