KPIs for sales and Finance Dashboard

Hi,

I have to work on new project this is the website Veristrat Inc. | Business valuation outsourcing company, I have to work on two dashboards for this project i.e sales and finance dashboard, So I request Please suggest me the atlest 3-4 or more KPIs for both dashboard.

Hi,

You can show below KPI like

1) Sales

2) LFL Sales (like for like sales)

3) Sales Growth %

Finance:

1) Account Payable

2) Account Receivable

3) Net Profit Margin

4) Gross Profit Margin

Gross Profit Margin

and u can also take look on qlik sample demo app (u can get more idea on your kpi field from Sales and Finance Module

Thanks for replying and suggesting the best KPIs, But these are the commonly used KPIs, Actuly client wants the KPIs Based on his organization services, thats why I mentioned the website, Please have a look on that and please suggest some more kpis based on services.
