      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am working on an app where I have three different dates - Charges_Dt, Budget_Dt and Adj_Dt which need to be combined into one 'canonical date'. Also, the Prod_Adj table must be linked to the ChargesWRVU table. I tried doing that with this data model (attached), but it doesn't seem to be working. Any help or ideas would be appreciated.
