topic Debugger / Limit Load behaviour really slow in QlikView

Hi,

sometimes I want to use the Debugger and just "Limit Load" e.g. with 100 or 1000 rows" instead of making a full Reload, in order to save some time.

BUT always when I am entering the Debugger and ticking the the "Limit Load" a spinner is poping up (instead of the mouse icon) and is loading approx. 1-2 minutes...

Why is it behaving like this, this is making the Limit Load, compared with a Full Reload, a time consuming task. Is this normal?

I am using QlikView Release 12.10, but had this behavior in previous versions as well.

Thx for any help.

Chris

I hadn't ever had such behaviour until QV 11.2 SR12. Also I couldn't remember a similar question here so that I think it's rather some special conflict or some setting in your environment than a new bug in QV 12. Did you ever change some settings within the easter egg? Maybe some settings there are related to this, like:

- Marcus
