add calculated column to pivot table

Hi,

I need to create table:

I created all except from third column. I am not able to make it look this way. how to I add the third column to my table? I have the calculation for each row in this column but where to put them? If I put in dimension it is adding it to the wrong place or not adding at all (the Plan/Target PTDS etc...)

please help.

When you say third column, It has to be Expression section only. Then Transpose Month to Row from Column ..

I believe this is from Pivot Table? So, By using Month Field and Drag to Row level on top of expressions it will cross and shows Blue wiggly line. So, you just place overthere it self..
