      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The image is on your file @ document properties -&amp;gt; Opening -&amp;gt; Document Thumbnail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The default setting is an image of the opening sheets. If you use this setting, you need to save the document on the sheet that you want to use as document image.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Files saved before QV 9 did not have this property (i don't think this is your case)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rgds,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

This report I am doing a batch reload, but the image is gone every time the batch reload is run even though the Document Thumbnail is set to "Opening Sheet".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;C:\QlikView\Qv.exe /R&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The other reports I am using server to reprocess, and the image in AccessPoint is showing up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe there's a bug?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
