Peek previous count with If condition

There is site live date and site close date.Many ATM ID is closed in 2099 and before 2099.Also there is same site ID repeated.So i want total site ID open date wise on selection of month and year.

Suppose from 100 ATM ID on 01/01/2017 10 ATM ID close so it remains with 90 and on 01/02/2017 5 new ATM ID open and 8 ATM ID close then output should be 90+5-8=87 ATM ID.

Are Site Live Date and ATM Live Date same? Can we take any one from these for reference?

Which date are u referring Site Close Date or ATM close date?

No both are different and we have to consider Site Live date for count.

What is the criteria of date selection? What is the logic for that?

Creating unlinked calendar.make year,month field from raw data.

count in charts should show on the selection of unlinked calendar year and month.

Would you be able to share the application you might be working with? It might be easy to see what you already have and carry it forward from there or make modifications
