Data Level Security

Hi All,

Please let me how to implement multiple field data level security , i have 7 field as data limiter for each user , input file has data entry like

InputFile

Region, Country , Function , Sector 1, Sector 2, Available , Market , User

A, *,*,*,*,*, User1

*, Country1,*,*,*,*, User2

*, *,Function1,*,*,*, User2

Example

Fact Table:

Region, Country , Function , Sector 1, Sector 2, Available , Market etc............................

when user1 logs in he has to access Region A data

when user2 logs in he has to access Country1 data

when user3 logs in he has to access Function1 data

Data volume in fact table is around 10 Million Record, please let me know the best wayfor fast load and the performance of the dashboard
