EDX trigger a running qvw

Hello expert

I have 3 qvw.(A,B and C)

C sets a EDX trigger that A and B reload successfully will run.

A. will trigger C about 10:03 AM.

-> C start to run util 11:38 AM.(at the same time,B will trigger C when 10:31 AM.,but C is running)

I meet a strange situation that C will be trigger when 1:29 PM.

I doubt it maybe cause by B?

When B trigger C, it is running. B will wait for C ?

But it is also strange,

In this assumptions,C should trigger by B when 11:38(C first end time).

So my question is

why C run when 1:29 AM,it maybe caused by B or?

By the way,C reload Duration about 1h 35mins.
