Hi, hope I can explain this properly.

See attached image:

I have the Status and the Date as dimensions. What I need to do (in a separate pivot table) is show the movement between the months for each status, i.e. I need to subtract the 2018/08/31 status count from the 2017/09/30 status count and show it under 2017/09/30, like this:

My first problem is how to do this (referencing the PREVIOUS month under the CURRENT month's dimension), and secondly, this will be updated monthly so I need to be able to automatically retrieve/derive the previous month's date so it can be used as a variable in the set analysis .
