AccessPoint - Unable to access flat file

Hi All,

I could open excel file by AccessPoint.

Actually I created action (button) and given path like \\ip number\qlikview\file.xls) for file to open it.

Its working fine at desktop level but not at AccessPoint level.

Cloud please assist on this.

According to this, (assuming you´re using version 12) you could try changing

AllowGeneralAccessToImagesThroughURL parameter
