Can anyone let me know whether we can integrate Openstreetmap instead of Google Maps with QlikView so that we can show the areas in different colours to show different parameters.

Yes it's possible and not so tricky.

You could download one of my application where the share Qlikview area will be available (soon I hope).

This application allows you to map some OSM data (POI) directly form OSM server.
