Climber Custom Report Extension Incomplete View

Hi All

I am using a climber custom report extension in my Qlik Sense report and one of the users of the report is not able to view the table completely.

Please refer the images below

Image 1 : User's view - The user is able to view only the table chart and is not able to view the Dimension and Measure list where the dimension/measure needs to be chosen

Image 2 : My View - Able to access the chart properly with dimension and measure selection list

Can anyone let me know what is causing this issue for the user in contrast to my view

this extension is used for Visuals, Dims and Measures?

BTW, this is Qlik Sense questions, if you can move it there so that you get more answers?

Can it be that you have a security rule that prohibit the use of master items for the user?

Thanks for the suggestion, but the user has been able to see the master items in other reports

The issue is with extension. Perhaps your has clicked on the expand icon. This is a bug. Once you click on it, the change is irreversible. You see the entire table. To fix this just hide this icon in settings and republish the app.
