Server objects not saved when modifying existing objects

Hi experts,

I need your help. I have developped an application which is used by users on the access point. When they add new objects to the application, their modification are saved as server objects and I can see that in the QMC.

But when the users modify an existing object like when they add an expression to an existing chart that modification is NOT saved and I don't see it on the QMC.

How can this type of modification be saved ?
