Management Console not displaying correctly in IE

Afternoon!

On our newly installed test Enterprise Server (12.10) the Management console does not display correctly in IE11 in Windows 10. Working fine in Windows 7.

Developer Tools shows a an error 'Your browser does not support XmlDocument objects'.

and 'unable to get property 'getSessionID' of undefined or null reference'.

Network team are insisting there's no policy to block it.

Version 11 is working fine on the same set up.

In Developer Tools \Emulation, changing 'User Agent String' to IE10 from IE11, works fine.

Is there a fix for this or is there way to enforce this.

Again, Version 11 is still working fine on the same set up.

Access Point seems to work, but then freezes on 'Loading' when you click on a document. This also displays the same 'Your browser does not support XmlDocument objects' error.

Any help appreciated.
