List box shows based pivot table content

Hi All,

I need a help for the below scenario,

If I select any values in Category filter, Account and name list box will show only the non-zero values from the pivot in the list box.

ex.

if I select A in category filter, Account filter should show 1 and 3 only and If I select B in category Account should show a and 4 only.

You should be able uncheck a couple of options.

Dimensions Tab - Make sure that Show All Values is unticked on all dimensions

Presentation Tab - Make sure Suppress Zero-Values is Ticked.
