apply text box on chart

i want to have a text box on chart

but when i am clicking on text box its disappearing under chart.

Please help

On the Layout tab of each of the object, there is a thing called Layer... Try to set custom layer of 5 for table box and 6 for text box object

You can update Layer to Top for the Text Box

Go to Properties->Layout->Layer

In the layout tab of the textbox select the button Top in the Layer section. If you are having trouble clicking the textbox go to Settings \ Sheet Properties, Objects tab then highlight the line coresponding to the textbox from the list then click Properties. Now you can change the Layer setting.

that probably because your chart's Layer is higher than text object , try simply move away the chart so that you can find the text , then you can change their Layer on Layout tab

I'm not sure about your requirement however there is also an option to add text (static or expression) to a chart.

Chart Properties > Presentation > Text in Chart
