The post may be a few years old but is still relevant.

Have you tried to create the application yourself?

If so, then which specific points are you stuck on?

There are training resources here http://www.qlik.com/us/services/training/qlikview-training

Don't expect the community to write your application for you.

The community is pretty much a self-help group - it is not a free source for QlikView consultancy, though many of the contributors are QlikView consultants.

Have a go yourself and ask for specific help on the functions or processes you are having difficulty with.
