Select in Field --> Select values from another field

Hi,

I have been developing in QlikView for about a year now. This forum has been a very helpful source, so first a big thank you to everyone posting here.

Now I am stuck with a seemingly simple problem, but I can't find the solution.

I have two Tabs and I want to "carry" over some selections from one to the other.

As the target platform is an AJAX client, macros are not an option and I am stuck with triggers/actions.

Problem is that I can't get the selection to work. I got two fields Field1 and Field2 and I want to select the values from Field1 in Field2 when I leave the tab.

Anyone got an idea what the correct search string would be?
