Adding new users to ACCESS POINT

Hello all

Is there a log file for when adding/ removing users via the Management Console?

We have 3-4 people with access to the Management Console and we recently find that users are being Removed/Quarantined and cannot figure who (or what) is doing that.

Hi Josh,

yes there is:

Have a look at your Server settings "QlikView Server" -> "Your Server" -> "Logging" -> "Log Folder"

There you'll find some logs, Performance, Events and Sessions.

Have a look at the "Events" logs.

The log you're looking for should look quite similar to this:

20170830T154804.000+0200 20170918T093926.000+0200 4 100 Notice CAL allocation: Unused Named CAL "DOMAIN\USER" marked for deletion - ok.

20170830T154804.000+0200 20170918T093926.000+0200 4 100 Notice CAL allocation audit: "DOMAIN\USER" deleted by "DOMAIN\ADMIN"
