Creating a custom page-error message on Access Point

Hi All,

I got a requirement for customizing access point page in a way that if user enters wrong credentials, a message should be shown like - Incorrect User Credentials.If correct credentials then directly user should get to next page .

Even "Login Failed" pop up box is not coming, else that would have worked fine.

Please note - we already have a custom page deployed on QV Web Server with some changes made to default UI,

Now,requirement is to generate error message to user when trying with incorrect credentials.
