It would be better that you ask a question about a particular item that isn't clear, or something that you do not understand or fail to apply in a particular situation of yours.</P><P></P><P>Also, do not expect licesing mechanisms to change every year, thereby leading to new editions of various documents to be produced. That is <EM>not</EM> how licensing should behave and I guess you wouldn't like that either.
