      <title>Document not updating on Management console</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Guys,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help with this query. I am unable to reload one of my documents. It is scheduled to reload every 30 mins yet it stopped on the 27.08.2017. I have tried to manually reload the document and applied the changes. I have also restarted the qlikview server. The play button is greyed out which is not helping me reload the document.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please let me know what I can do to get my data reloaded.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kind Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pravir&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please click Win (Start) button. Type &lt;STRONG&gt;Services&lt;/STRONG&gt; in &lt;STRONG&gt;search programs and files&lt;/STRONG&gt; and press enter. All running services will be listed. Search for Qlikview Management Service and click on it. On left side there is Stop or Restart option. Just Click on restart. Come to QMC and reload the page. You will see play button as active now and you can run again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This issue must have occurred because &lt;SPAN style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;Qlikview Management Service has stopped working or your QVW is corrupted.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
