Simple answer:

QlikView can handle it.

If anything would limit it, it would be your PC.

I have personally seen a QlikView document run with 1,600,000,000 rows of data, but I know we have customers with many times that.

If you are just starting with Qlik products, I would advise you to use Qlik Sense instead though.

Totally depends on the (uniqueness of) your data.

The answer most likely is "yes", unless your data is very unique (which it rarely is).

Qlik handles data in a different way then it would be stored in a database or excel sheet.

Just give it a try.

If it is just one table, you could have your answer in just a few minutes.

Probably not, but that depends on the cardinality of field values and how much QlikView is able to further compress your data in RAM. If you don't need all the details, try to aggregate as much as possible your 200GB into something manageable in your Load Script. Makes life way easier.
