Data Not shown in the exported excel from Access point

Hi All,

I have a query here, I have a qlikview application that is been deployed in access point when the users are trying to export them it is getting exported with the error as shown in the screenshot.

Now if i open the same app in local and export it is getting exported with data.

Any advise please.

Hi,

Check under QMC > System> Setup > Qlikview Servers > Folders > under System folders ( the bottom), check "alternate Temporary Files Folders Path"

If no folder is given, kindly give a folder path.

Now, this path / folder location, make sure is browsable to the service account with full rights, however, this should be empty if you do not have a cluster setup.
