Hallo scott

Well for start, it's worth adopting! We adopt S.A.F.E. as a guide line for managing the projects in our customers.

it's a good template to Maintain control over projects you're handling, Of course with some changes and adjustments According to the requirements of customers, the time or scope of the projects. Because BI projects are characterized by short periods, there is tend to skip the characterization and writing documents. But in my opinion it's necessary and important.

Guy tzumer

Qlikview Israel

Does anyone actively use / follow the S.A.F.E. Project Method? If so, how successful have you been using it? Likes or dislikes?

I have not seen any updates on the documentation for S.A.F.E. for some time. Just curious if this is a project method worth adopting.
