Dynamic Way of URL display based on User access

Hi All,

I have created a column in a straight table with Hyperlinks, that when clicking on it, the user will open a URL link.

I need help on this below issues.

1. How to remove the Underline in the URL?

2. Based on the User access, i have to show the URL's. How can i achieve it? Suppose if i have 5 URL's in my field, User A logs in, he would have access to 1 and 5. For him 1 and 5 will display.User A don't have access of 2,3,4 URL's so it is hiding and showing the Gap between 1 and 5. How can i show URL's in a Dynamic way?
