Export to excel + Access point

Hello Everyone,

I am able to export a straight table into excel from access point.Whereas my client is getting clumsy and strange characters.

I saw couple of cases where they are suggesting to increase the excel size in the server .ini file.

My question is when its working at my end why isn't working at my client.

Can anyone suggest why its happening.The last record falls in 86433 cell.

Hi,

Check with their browser & Excel version..

If you don't have macros in your application, ask them to use Google Chrome instead of IE Browser

Hi Devarasu,

We are having same version i.e. MS Excel 2013,I also tried in IE i didnt get any issue.

But yeah i will ask them to try once in chrome and check.

They are using same IE version IE 11.0.96

can share the screen of the downloaded output from client machine. also can you check the audit log file of the client ID, you can fine the log file under below path

C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikViewServer\logs

are they able to download the report using google chrome browser ?
