Hi ,

I am new ti n- printing so now i want establish the connection between the app and N- printing ..

here i am getting the error like "Request has been purged due to connection errors". how to overcome this error

Hi,

try to get the app id and Proxy,identity these details should be correct then only you can able to establish the connection

Did you added the Qlik NPrinting Engine into the server? Refer to http://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/June2017/Content/DeployingQVNprinting/Adding-a-Qlik-NPrinting-Engine.htm

Did you installed Qlik Sense certificates? Refer to http://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/June2017/Content/DeployingQVNprinting/NPrinting-with-Sense.htm

once you open nprinting designer you will able to see app and proxy and identity qlikview/qliksense there you give the correct details if you done the things which mentioned in below reply by Ruggero
