Changing straight table to pivot table

Hi i have some columns in straight table as given below

with fast chart type i have pivot table if i click on the fast chart type it is showing as pivot table with all the columns in the straight table as shown below:

But I need only some 5 of the columns for the pivot table. How to restrict it

Can any one help in this!!!

With in Fast change i don't think so whether it is possible. How many options are there for Fast change. If it is Straight an Pivot then i would ask you to done this by Hide and show by help of Button?

I don't understand WHY the MVPs don't provide Straight Answers !!!
Already this tool is an EXTREMELY confusing piece of work, and why do these MVPs want to keep it even more Complex ???
