      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As per my analysis or experience, i can say best example or advantage is when we want to &lt;SPAN style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;transform data up to some extend like&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Transpose of data, &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- mapping values, &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- changing format of data like month,year,quarter extraction from data,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- calculation of field like getting total amount from qty and unit cost..etc&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- preparing composite primary key&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- creating flag status&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Ravi Balar&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
