      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;HI,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I set up a windows2003 64bit server with 8G ram and 4 core intel cpu.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And I have a 10,000,000 records table which needs to etl from an oracle server.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I notice the cpu 's usage is 23%, 1 core is working while others are idle.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The attachment is the pic of the server performance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can I use the other core?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
