Missing Source Document folder in QMC

I have added a new container folder using QDF and this folder contains a QlikView app. This new folder does not show up in the list of Source Documents in QMC. What can cause this?

I don't know how QDF handles the creation of new containers in a Publisher environment. But I think you need to manually configure new Source Document Folders in QMC->System->Setup->Distribution Services->Your QDS->General->Source Folders->Paths, no?

Prior to this, any new folders I added automatically showed up under Source Documents. This worked wonderfully! I am trying to get a grasp of the "admin" role that I have inherited. Thanks for such a quick answer!
