HI All,

I am facing a strange issue.

While users login to Qlikview app in internet explorer, when we tried to click on 'Send to Excel icon' or right click and mention 'Send to Excel' it is opening in a new IE tab instead of getting downloaded. (Fewer times it is getting downloaded and mostly it is opening in new IE tab)

Any possible reason ?

Is this happening to specific users or all of them?

Have you tested using other browsers just to make sure the impact is limited to IE browser only?

Has there been a recent update made to IE browser ?

What is the access method AJAX mode or IE Plugin mode?

Has there been a recent update made to IE browser ? - No. Currently using IE 11.

What is the access method AJAX mode or IE Plugin mode? - AJAX mode.
