Hi all,

I want to create a pie chart with dimension 1 ( say # sales at a branch) upon selecting one or more braches, the dimension should change ( say # sales per grocery type like confectionery, cooking etc). Is it possible?? Any resource to get started would be helpful.

Thanks

you can use group dimension( cycle, drill down) to achieve this. Go to document properties--> Group and create Group. The link 'Edit Group' is also available in the chart dimension tab at the left bottom.

If you want to drill down or up an your dimensions are of hierarchical nature like Year, Month, Week, day then select drill down option while creating group dimension. Or if you just want to switch dimensions in the chart then use cycle option.
