    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;First check with other browser like IE,Firefox..etc&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Better to restart Qv services . &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;Note:-&lt;/STRONG&gt; if possible Restart the server .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so that it will gives you good results.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <title>Problem in Access point</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi all&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we are facing some issues on Access points.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Earlier we were able to see dashboard Icon on Access points. but now we &lt;SPAN style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;refreshes access points &lt;/SPAN&gt;4 to 5 times. then only Icons appears.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. After selecting any dashboard we get error "fail to open document, file not found".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. when we check Audit log, it shows we are accessing bookmark, but no bookmarks are created.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help us to resolve this issue.&lt;IMG src="https://community.qlik.com/legacyfs/online/emoticons/sad.png" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank u&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try to remove cookies in browser settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope it is a &lt;STRONG style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;Prod Server&lt;/STRONG&gt;:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check in &lt;STRONG&gt;category&lt;/STRONG&gt; section of your access point is showing "&lt;STRONG&gt;ALL&lt;/STRONG&gt;".so that definitely it will show all .qvw files as per your privileges. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it is &lt;STRONG style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;Dev Serve&lt;/STRONG&gt;r:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some times it will acts different manner for users so once you &lt;STRONG&gt;restart&lt;/STRONG&gt; the &lt;STRONG&gt;server machine&lt;/STRONG&gt; you will get the solution.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
