How to create/config Dashboard Windows Performance Monitor ?

Hi,

I have gone through the several Monitor Performance Dashboard.But I dont know how to configure also when I am trying to configure in my machine which file do I required If like all log files QlikTech folder.

Could you please provide me all the *log files becaue I dont have access to QlikTech folder.

Also I want to know about configuration process and How Create the Monitored Dashboard.
