Unable to load excel data from sharepoint file through QMC, failed with error: access is denied

HI,

We have recently migrated to Office 365 SharePoint. I am facing errors in reading data from the excel files from sharepoint. Manual

reload works fine but it is giving "Access denied" error on QMC

I have tried the following steps but with no luck.

1. Qlikview account has access to the SharePoint site.

2. Added SharePoint site in the local intranet site in the "Sites" setting under IE-->Tools-->Security-->Local Intranet-->Sites.

3. Enabled automatic login option in the IE settings

4. Also tried to embed credentials in SharePoint URL- but it doesn't work when reloading from QMC.

5. Office365 connector.dll is giving error in installation.

Error-"the module was loaded but the entry-point dllregisterserver was not found.

I also went through the related posts on the community but stil facing the same issue.

Is there any workaround for this- any macro/bridge ? How do we embed credentials in the UNC path?

Can somebody help me with this issue?
