Just a problem for this one PC. Using Chrome from the same PC is not a problem. Seems like an issue with IE on this PC but not sure what. Full browser and plugin have the same problem. I have reset all IE security settings and dropped the security level but not working. Using QV12 Server but expect backward compatibility with Windows 7 as some clients are still using this. IE 11 is up-to-date.
