Hi,

I have only 1 month of data and I created multiple objects in multiple sheets.

Now I have recieved next 2 months of data

I want to see the latest month of data if made no selections and by default

I did this by document triggers but not worked.

Any ideas??

Document properties >on open >add actions>

1. clear all

2.select in field(Month=Max(Month))

Check the field Month format ..

Max(Month)) this will give the number format

convert it to the format as per the Month field

monthname(Max(Month))) or to the format Month field is

Note: If it not working could be Max(Month) reads as Number. Can you check in KPI and then see how it returns

Here Max Month is Dec but which has no data only March has data

So I want to the see data of Mar by default and if I clear all the selections

Also I dont want to see any selection in the list box but I want to see Max month of data.

Is it possible???

This is working fine for the specific object.

That's my dummy data In my original data there are multiple sheets with various charts/tables following by different dimensions and expressions.

So I want to see this by dynamic.

the logic which I shared will work with all the object which used the id count ....if you have different combination and need to set the month according to that then go for sheet level triggers and set that according to your requirement
