Add 2 partcular values in field-straight table

Hi All

I have some issue in straight table. i got below table in QV

But user wants like below one:

4 field values we need add this table

1) non land Total= Debenture+Guarantee+others 2) non os overall= Debenture+Guarantee+others+land

3) non os land Total= OS Debenture+OS Guarantee+OS others 4) non os overall=OS Debenture+OS Guarantee+OS others+OS land

in sales expression avg of field values

count expression add of field count

so please help on this issue. kindly check attachment of QVW and EXcel. !

How are you getting non land total of 76.6? 90+90+50 = 230... Are you calculating the avg? 230/3?
