      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #575757;"&gt;hi,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i am unable to open the dashboard from the accesspoint and it says the error message "failed to open, document corrupt"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But I am able to open the doucment from the desktop without any issues?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can any one help? its urgent please&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Gautham&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
