Hi all! I am studying QlikView to decide if it is a good solution as data discovery tool for my company.

Right now, our users use excel files to query the data warehouse and do their calculations.

QlikView could be a good tool because it is possible to filter data and show them into a table. A "big" limitation for our users could be that the cells are not selectable: is it possible to add this feature to straight table in QlikView? This is foundamental to give to our users an experience similar to excel.

Thanks a lot.

Thanks for the reply. I don't want to update the values, in my case it could be very useful to select more values from a table (or entire row/column) and copy them outside QlikView skipping the export in Excel of whole table

Hi Marco! Maybe this can help. Use inputfield in script and imputsum in table.

I attach an example.

Let me know!
